GENERAL AUCTION DETAILS

  • All Quick Sold Auctions are Online Timed Auctions

  • Auctions listings are a guide and may be subject to additions or deletions.

  • All Bidders must have an Email Address in order to bid.

  • All Bidders must be at least 18 years of age to bid.

  • All Bidders must provide a credit card to register and a charge of $1.00 will be placed on the card to verify the card. The charge will fall off in approx. 8 days.

  • Previews of items are by online pictures and written description only. There are no physical previews of items being sold. We will do our utmost to take good clear pictures and to describe the items being sold accurately with flaws, marks and damage. It is the Buyers responsibility to call and ask questions and we will do our best to get you the answers.

  • All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final.

  • All bids, buyer premiums and applicable taxes are in Canadian dollars

  • There is a 10% Buyers Premium (capped at $500.00 per item), plus taxes as applicable added to all invoices.

  • All items must be picked up in the allotted times posted unless you have made previous shipping arrangements. Anything left by the listed time of pick up without making alternate arrangements will be considered abandoned without refund and your bidding privileges may be revoked.

  • If you want Quick Sold Auctions to release items to a third party for pick up, we must be notified in advance by email or fax with the name of the person or business and the third party must have identification at pick up.

  • We will offer In House Shipping for small items and a list of Shipping Companies. Arrangements for shipping are the responsibility of the Buyer. Read “Shipping Details.”

  • Pick up will be at the Sellers address unless otherwise stated. Sellers address will only be given out after the sale and only if you have won an item.

  • You are responsible to bring your own boxes and packaging materials to the pickup address to remove your items safely. WE WILL NOT SUPPLY TOOLS, BOXING AND PACKAGING AT PICK UP TIME. Please BRING HELP to move large items. You are responsible for damage to the property caused directly by you or your help with the repair cost being charged to you. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN to the pickup as the movement of household items presents an extremely high-risk environment that could result in injury or death.

  • “Sellers Are Never to Be Contacted or Trespassed on.” Quick Sold Auction will answer your questions or find out for you.

  • No item can be picked up or taken unless it is paid for in full.

  • All payments are required with in 3 days from the completion of the Auction. We accept Cash, E-Transfers, Debit, Visa or MasterCard (with a 3% convenience fee for the use of Credit Cards) and Certified Cheque.

  • You will be expected to ENSURE YOU INSPECT your items at time of pick up for any discrepancies. Immediately inform the Quick Sold Auction Team or Partner / Seller of any issues of miscataloging of description or condition (remember you are purchasing used items in AS IS WHERE IS condition). By departing from the pickup site, you are acknowledging that you have all your items and that you are satisfied with them. NO CLAIMS ARE PERMITTED AFTER REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE PREMISES as condition issues cannot be validated once they are removed. We cannot be held responsible for acts of omissions of the Partner / Dealer Sales.
